Andrew: I really meant to write you last October(2011)after the delivery of our beds, but time went by, and I never got around to it. I was very nervous about buying something that expensive on the internet, but everything went so smoothly, I changed my mind. I did have to call you about the delivery here in Denver, and you called the freight office, and we received the beds that afternoon!
Then, just the day before yesterday (January 10, 2012), as my husband’s home health aide was preparing to get him out of bed, the head of the bed came down, and we couldn’t get it to work. I thought to myself, “That’s what I get for buying on the internet". Who will fix this in a hurry, now?” But, I called you, and you were out of the office, so someone else took care of this for me. My husband is almost totally disabled from a neuromuscular disease similar to ALS, and needs to have the aide use a Hoyer lift to get in and out of bed. It works much better if the head of the bed is elevated, so it was very important to get it repaired promptly. Our aide talked to the man who helped us (I think it was John Martin), and they figured out what was wrong, He said that we should call the warranty Department, which we did, and they were so helpful, and said they would send the part overnight express, and it got here the next morning. He said he would call your Denver repairman, and he would get in touch with us. Dean Anderson, the repairman, called us that evening, and said that if I would call when the part arrived, he would come and fix it that day. So, the next morning the part arrived at our door (we live in a retirement village), I called Dean, he came and fixed it that evening in about 15 minutes, and all was well!
I can’t tell you how much we appreciated such prompt service. We will recommend you to all our friends and new neighbors! Thank you very much. Your lifetime warranty is exactly what you say.

from God. This is our story.
I contracted Inclusion Body Myositis in 2007 and had been having problems getting in and out of bed. I purchased an adjustable from one of your competitors. It was not only very uncomfortable, but much to high to get into with out my Daughter making a makeshift ramp and flinging my legs over to get into bed. I even fell trying to get out of it by myself. So I purchased an Infinity adjustable recliner chair. Thats what I was sleeping in cause I could sit in it and it would lift me out with assistance but I could only sleep on my back which was getting very old and uncomfortable being in that chair 24/7.
I sent the bed back and started searching for an up and down for an adjustable bed. It would need to lower and raise itself electrically. This bed I needed because the bed had to get low enough for me to get into and but not too high that I could not get out of. I can't get out of regular chairs without a lifter.
I started to search the internet and came upon an ad from Adjustable Beds Direct. I called the number Andrew answered and inquired about a high/low adjustable bed. I told him what I needed and why and Andrew told me that they did not recommend that kind of bed and explained what they had that would work the same for less money. I said thanks but no thanks. Been there done that and had to send it back. I hung up the phone and continued my search. In about 5 minutes. Andrew calls me back getting my number from caller ID.
Andrew and I started chatting back and forth. He saying his bed is just what I needed and I saying no it wasn't. You guaranteed that this is the bed I needed. I was still very reluctant but after you said that if I did not like it and it did not work, I had 120 days to return it. I said OK kicking myself . Andrew told me to call him the minute the delievery guys got to my house so he could explain how to properly set it up to work for my needs.
In a couple of weeks the guys came to deliever my bed and set it up. I called Andrew and told him that I did not think this bed was going to work. I started having an anxiety attack. I was afraid of the bed. I could not breath. I was afraid to even try it. I have 4 grown kids and they were all angry with me for again buying something that I can't use. Later that evening while setting in my recliner.
My youngest daughter called me in and she sat on the bed and said Mom this may work. Its not as high as we thought after my son and grandson put the higher legs on.
HaHa it worked I couldn't believe it. I can get in bed without the ramp and I can get out of it without the help of my daughter and being afraid to fall. Its so comfortable I don't want to get out. Your adjustable head helps me to get out of bed with no issues like the competitors bed gave me. You were right when you told me your beds work different than competitors beds.

I think I tossed the actual mail from SLEEP COMFORT, but I know what that man said to me.. he called my home to check on my decision, I was dealing with three companies to find the best deal. The paper I got from him was sent in the mail. I called a phone number we got from TV. My decision was to go with you. I found you online which was scary in it self for me.. When he found that out, he just started trashing you and your company. I was very scared that I had just lost $3,000. he said you were not actually a business. That you got all your "Mattresses" from China, Which by the way i know is NOT TRUE because the Law label says Made in the USA on the mattresses we got from you!
I can't believe all the lies these people told me to steal a sale from you. I hope your customers read this and don't fall for their lies like i almost did. You guys should sue SLEEP COMFORT for slander!
I almost believed them and was devastated that there would be no bed and that we lost our money. When I called you to say we may want to cancel our deal, you explained that it couldn't be done that way and the beds were already on the way. You were very professional and tried to help me understand your policy posted on your site. As it turns out, the mattresses came when you said they would. The bed arrived several days later and was set up by two very nice young men. I am now sleeping in my own bed which I haven't done in years.

Please feel free to use our names as references for prospective customers who need to talk to someone who actually purchased one of your excellent beds. We looked into buying an adjustable bed because of health problems, and the wish to finally have a really comfortable bed.
My partner and I (who are 67 and 7l respectively) have had two Select Comfort Sleep Number beds. While they were the best (and one of the most expensive) beds on the market when we bought them, over time the pillow top sagged (air bladders collapsed and the bed became uncomfortable) and after the first replacement under warranty, cost $350 to replace. Since you cannot turn the mattress the problem was not solvable unless you could afford to repeatedly replace parts. I have degenerative arthritis, and spinal stenosis and need to sleep with my head and upper body elevated to prevent pain in my arms, and back. My partner has restless legs, and while we wish to sleep in the same bed, in the same room, need a bed that doesn't transfer movement from side to side. In researching adjustable beds we determined that side by side beds are what we need. Your ads and our conversations convinced me that of all the many companies I looked into yours had the best warranty, the bed with all the features we needed, and far and away the best price.
I was extremely nervous about buying on the internet for such a big purchase, and about buying sight unseen. Despite your reassurances I was anxious about whether my credit information was safe, whether the bed would arrive as promised, and afraid I'd lose my money.
Your assurances proved to be true in every case. Your responses were prompt and thorough. The invoice arrived via email immediately. I was able to speak to you directly daily to get answers to my many questions, via your email addresss, phone or chat line. The bed, which was available in one of your satellite facilities, arrived in just a few days. It was delivered in a snowstorm, to our remote mountain home, by two uncomplaining, knowledgeable delivery men who had to install it upstairs after maneuvering it up a very narrow flight of stairs in our cabin. We didn't want to be sorry later that we had missed those benefits.
We slept on the bed for several weeks before writing this recommendation. The latex mattress is firmer than our previous bed and took a little getting used to. The foam surface however makes for a magically soft surface feel while providing healthy and restorative support. The overall quality of the bed is excellent from what we can see and feel. Your warranty reassures us that if any problem should occur, we are protected, and your performance throughout this transaction makes us feel secure about that too. Too many good things to say to make a long story short, but we wish to say that the only problem we have with this bed is that we never want to get out of it. It is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We feel fortunate to have come across your ad, and are very pleased to have done business with you. We love our bed.

If anyone is a skeptic it would be myself. I am 87 years old and i have been in the carpet industry for over 50 years, Im now retired and enjoying my life in retirement. In my years of business and hard work my back has gotten worse as the years passed and i needed some sort of relief. My son is a Chiropractor in Los Angeles, CA and he did a search on Google for Adjustable Beds.
He found a few sites and did some investigative phone calls asking questions only a chiropractor would know to ask. I read the testimonial from Matt H. in Bridgeton NJ and our circumstances were almost the same. My husband had major back surgery 3 months ago at age 82; I have had 8 surgeries in the past 8 years.
1. Saw the ads on TV in the past.
2. Local merchant didn't even have a working remote to demo the beds at twice the price
3. Called Michael and got the info. Discussed it with my husband and then called back to order.
4. Got fearful that I hadn't seen the beds and the invoice had a different name. I was terrified that I had made a mistake but decided to trust since I did not find bad reports on the internet.
5. Michael gave an approx. date of arrival for the top mattresses. When I called him to see if he knew the delivery date, he gave the date. I was relieved when it was on time. (He ALWAYS replied when I made an inquiry).
6. Michael gave an approx date of arrival for the bottom of the beds. And sure enough the delivery company called with the 4 hour window of delivery, almost to the day.

Purchased: Dual King Rev Wave Model 1 With 12" Memory Foam Pillowtop Mattresses.
I was in search of a new king size bed as my wife and I built a new home, our old bed needed to be thrown out, and I had back surgery three years ago and have slept in a recliner ever since. Laying down flat, since the surgery, has not agreed with me. The slight incline of the recliner worked well but I was not in the bed, sleeping with my wife… We looked at new beds in the past but the price for a king size dual adjustable bed plus a mattress was just too expensive from a retailer. So, when we moved into our new 2 story home I wanted to get back into the bedroom, sleep in a bed, and leave the recliner in the living room. So, I began to shop on line and came across the website www.AdjustableBed.TV and called their toll free phone number 1-800-993-1012 and spoke to Michael. I described the kind of bed we wanted with the pillow top memory foam mattress that I laid on while out shopping. He said he had the mattress and it was identical to what I was describing.
I was very skeptical about that because the price was so much lower. Plus, I was not able to put hands and eyes on it. I was shopping blind…I really thought to myself it can’t be the same mattress at this price. So, I continued to ask the representative about it and he re-assured me that it was the same. He was very knowledgeable about the product and convinced me to go for it. So, I ordered the mattress and adjustable frames. When the bed arrived I was still very skeptical about it, but let me tell you, once it was set up and I slept in it, I love it. I can sleep in a number of different positions which is important because of my back, and my wife can sleep flat if she chooses. Also, you can’t feel the other person moving around. I don’t have any soreness when I wake up in the morning and I get a good night’s sleep.
The bed had exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good mattress and adjustable bed system. I purchased this bed because i researched and found no complaints online about this company, the site was very easy to navigate and the chat was great!
